ph876's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph876 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph876 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph876 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits ph876's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
